    Came to Norwich on a holiday and decided to have some pizza and chicken. My husband and I went with Norvic and it was easily the best decision we’ve had with our food. Pizza was delicious and also they served us with fresh fried chicken - so good! The staff were nice as well, setting proper expectations on how long do we have to wait for our order. You should try this if you’re looking for the best fried chicken in town!

    I'm being pretty kind leaving stars after my visit tonight. The customer service and organisation here is an absolute shambles. Waited nearly half an hour for two shish wraps in what was an empty shop. The two people that came in behind me got served their orders first which explains why the lamb in our wraps was chewy and over cooked. Judging by one or two reviews below though it's probably more likely they just doesn't know how to cook little strips of lamb. No initiative was used during cooking and everything was done one thing after the other. Ive had several years experience as a chef and I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. Even the wraps that got heated up were put in one after the other. Soo amateurish.. then it's the same old story with these places, you've been at work all day, your starving hungry so you put up with it after paying full pelt. Since the closure of krasadis, I would not recommend any kebab shop down prince of Wales.

    Ordered a couple times in the same day but apparently took too long for collection so they binned food I payed for then and when called them was extremely rude swearing and said will spit in my food so never ordering again, found hair and the metal part of a lighter in food the time before which apparently was their workers food accidentally sent. Avoid at all costs.
